最近很长一段的时间里，上海火炬在公司领导的高度重视和全体员工的共同努下， 我司质量体系审核小组深入公司各职能部门和生产现场，经过体系策划、体系文件建立、标准培训、内审员培训、五大工具培训、体系文件完善、质量体系试运行、内审、管理评审、认证申请、初审一阶段、二阶段等一系列IATF16949贯标活动，并对体系管理、人力资源、生产制造、质量管理、采购、交付、设计、工艺以及销售等全过程进行了有效评估，重点对基础油、添加剂、包装辅材等供应商进行现场核，建立了符合IATF16949标准、客户及相关方要求的质量管理体系，顺利通过了此次IATF16949:2016质量体系换版认证审核。

IATF(International Automotive Task Force)国际汽车工作组是由世界上主要的汽车制造商及协会于1996年成立了一个专门机构。其执行标准是世界汽车行业的通用标准，得到了汽车零部件和原材料供应商的广泛可。

此次体系换版认证审核中，公司董事长杨奋强、副总经理任永忠、顾四文、张飞虹及各部门负责人都积极参与其中。在每次培训会议上，董事长杨奋强先生着重指出新版IATF16949在领导、顾客、风险管控等方面有较多增加和更新，为满足新版要求，上海火炬前期在全司范围内开展广泛的专题培训，严格考核，确保新版体系在公司内得到有效运行和实施，审核结果反映了上海火炬公司在体系运行方面的持续改进，以及长期以来对质量管理重视和供应商-上海火炬-客户整体供应链的共同发展与进步的结果。

上海火炬在2013年第一次通过TS16949质量体系认证，经过5年的沉淀，顺利通过更高要求的IATF16949:2016质量体系认证审核，这充分说明上海火炬的质量管理工作以及产品质量均获得国际专业机构的高度认可，能够充分满足顾客的要求，达到顾客的满意。

上海火炬通过此次换版审核为起点，全员继续不断优化流程，并计划将体系标准文件要求的程序与记录植入到智能制造MES系统里，真正提高企业两化融合水平，切实提高企业的整体管理水平。
