添加以上的网址，再选用http协议，就可以正常的进行更新了。
选用http协议
打开SDK Manager.exe，选中tool栏，点Android SDK Manager ,在下面Force https://...sources to be fetched using http://... 打上勾就行了，这个主要是把受保护的协议 https 转成普通http。
