1）下载ubuntu镜像
docker pull ubuntu2）查看镜像
docker images3）运行容器
docker run -itd --name ubuntu-test ubuntu4）进入容器
sudo docker exec -it ubuntu-test /bin/bash5）更新源
apt-get update如果不进行这一步的话，有可能会出现这样的问题：

Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package Python
运行一次即可
6）安装python3
apt-get install python37）安装pip3
apt-get install python3-pip8）测试
