解决办法一

操作步骤

点击“文件”选项卡，然后点击“信息”菜单；点击“保护工作簿”，在弹出的下拉菜单中选择“用密码进行加密”；在弹出的密码文本框中输入密码，然后点击确定；在弹出的“确认密码”对话框中输入刚才输入的密码，点击“确定”。

点击“文件”选项卡，然后点击“另存为”菜单；点击“浏览”，在弹出的另存为对话框中，点击“工具”按钮；选择“常规选项”，在“打开权限密码”中，输入要设置的密码，然后点击”确定”；在弹出的“确认密码”对话框中输入刚才输入的密码，点击“确定”。

如何取消加密

打开加密的文档，另存为的时候，依然点击工具选项，删除输入的密码，保存，即可取消加密哦，具体看动画。

如图：这是打开Excel表格的时候出现的输入密码的窗口，只有输入正确的密码才能看到里面的内容。如何做呢？

这里随便找了个表格来练习，如图：

首先点击左上角的文件然后找到箭头所示的权限，如图：

点击后出现红色线框中的选项进行加密，如图：

点击后会出现输入密码的界面，然后再次输入密码，点确定，如图：

最后就设置好了，记得要保存哦，保存后重新打开Excel表格就好啦，如图

背景介绍：

实际工作中很多情况下需要把表格进行设置加密权限，让别人仅仅可以看，输入指定单元格内容，但是不能修改保存，其实这个是用到了表格权限，如果你是设置权限的人，需要对表格进行调整更改，这个时候你突然发现，保护密码忘记了；那么今天就教你如何清除这个密码！

【步骤开始】

首先你要关闭你的表格，然后将表格的名称重命名，后缀改为RAR格式（如图二所示），提示修改文件属性，点击确定就好，这个时候你会发现你的表格成为压缩包格式了！那么就继续看！

打开刚刚修改好的压缩包，然后找到【XL】文件夹打开，找到【worksheets】文件夹，将文件夹中的【sheet1.xml】文件拖拽到文件夹中，如图所示！

第一步打卡这个表格会弹出网页格式，然后关闭，然后对准文件点击鼠标右键，选择编辑，（不要问我为什么先要打开文件在进行编辑，其实我也不知道原因，因为不先打开，点击鼠标右键没有编辑选项）；根据自己电脑情况，我的编辑格式 写字板，也可以是Txt文本文档格式；

这一步比较重要，再打开的文档中使用Ctrl+F 搜索功能搜索【Protection】然后找到代码行，如图二所示，删除后如图三所示；然后保存退出！

这一步是将文件sheet1.xml拖拽回压缩文件，文件会提示是否替换，然后点击全部替换即可；到目前这一步仅仅是清除了文件中（Sheet1表格中的加密，想要清除Sheet2，重复以上步骤即可！）

这一步也是很重要的，把压缩文件名称改回原来的文件，如图所示：把【RAR格式改为xlsx，然后保存；接下来打开表格你会发现表格保护密码已经被清除了！完成~

之前的Excel使用教程讲了怎么在工作中保护好Excel表格里的数据。虽然强调了一定要记得密码，不然自己也只能哭着重做一份。但凡是总有万一，今天的Excel使用教程，会告诉大家，忘记密码时改如何打开表格。也很简单哟，很容易就能学会哒。

首先，右键点忘记密码的Excel表格，把文件后缀名改成RAR（如果右键看不到文件后缀的话，请先修改文件夹查看属性哟），打开压缩文件，找到xl→worksheets→你的工作表格。把这个文件从压缩包拖到文件夹里。

第二个步骤，右键点击拖出来的文件，选择记事本工具打开文件。搜索“protece”→把整段代码删掉（代码会放在动图后面）→保存文本→把这个修改完毕的文件，重新拖回到rar文件里的的worksheets文件夹下→把rar文件名称的后缀改回xlsx→再打开表格，就可以编辑啦。是不是超简单？

6.粘贴上去后，不用保存直接关闭编辑窗口 （这一步不用复制）

7.工具——宏——宏——选AllInternalPasswords——运行——确定两次——OK——密码没了。

1打开表格，比如你突然收到这样的一个你中500万的表格，点击就能体现，那么你想要加密的话，跟着往下看！

2点击 左上方的【文件】按钮，显示 文件按钮的子文件夹，第一个就是 【保护工作簿】

3点开后会有价格选项，选择第二个选项【用密码进行加密】，然后弹出

新密码输入框

输入密码后，需要二次输入验证；

等 设置完成后，这个工作簿就算是加密了；

然后文件夹选项会提示你，【打开此工作簿需要密码】！

可以禁止编辑已锁定的单元格，还可以有选择的禁止下面的操作：

开始破解：

1、把文件后辍改为Rar,文件图标会变成压缩包形式

2、双击打开压缩包，把xl\worksheets文件夹中的sheet1拖动复制出来

为什么要拖出sheet1？因为sheet1就是汇总表工作表，查看方法：

工作表标题上右键 - 查看代码 - 在弹出的新窗口中右上角“工程”小窗口中可以看到工作表的 顺序名(自定义的工作表名)

3、用记事本打开sheet1

4、查找protect 并删除下面蓝色的代码，最后保存

5、把sheet1拖回到压缩包中替换原文件，然后把压缩包后辍名改回 xlsx

完工！

wps办公软件，有一些文档不想让人看，咋办，设密码呗。方法如下：

一、点击wps表格软件左上角【wps表格】文字右的倒三角，点【文件】最下面倒数第二的【文件加密】。

二、弹出对话框【安全性】，如下。

三、在打开权限密码里设置密码即可。

注意事项：还有一个编辑权限，可以设置或不设置，设置以后如果不输密码是没法编辑的，你可以试几下。

四、取消密码：只需把密码删除，然后点【确定】即可。

别一种方法：

一、点击【wps表格】点下拉菜单的【选项】，再点选项里的【安全性】

　　下面，请看小雅的步骤：

第一，修改文件后缀

　　将原始文件：客户销售明细表.xlsx修改为客户销售明细表.zip。

　　修改文件后缀的过程，会弹出下面的对话框，询问我们是否需要改变文件扩展名，咱们点击“是”即可。

第二，从zip中复制密保工作表文件

　　打开压缩后的文件，并在xl\worksheets中找到有密码保护的文件（本例中为sheet7.xml），拖拽复制该文件到文件夹下面。

　　复制后的效果，如下面截图所示：

第三，记事本打开sheet7.xml文件

　　打开之后，并找到下面这段代码，将其删除。

　　保存，并关闭sheet7.xml文件。

第四，复制替换sheet7.xml文件

　　将删除了sheetProduction代码的sheet7.xml文件复制替换回压缩包里面。

　　第五，将ZIP文件改回为XLSX文件，再打开工作表，可以看到工作表保护密码已经被强制破解删除了。

　　总结：Excel工作表保护密码是一种很弱的保护，使用本文的方法，就可以破解撤销工作表保护密码。亲们可以收藏转发备用，说不定哪天就用上了哦。
